Thin-section crossed roller bearing ,because of its vertical arrangement of tapered roller with a 90°V in the deep groove roller surface ,compared to other kinds of bearings ,has increased rigidity to a large extent .A set of crossed roller bearing can support radial load, axial load and loading moment from all directions .At the same time, the inner and outer ring dimensions of the bearing were miniaturized as much as possible. There are interval separators between the vertical arrangement rollers in order to avoid tilting and the increase of mutual friction and rotating torque. It has excellent rotating precision. And we also can regulate the bearing clearance. Even if we exert additional pre-pressure on it, it still can carry out rotating movements at highest precision.
